The swim academy program includes 11 training and analysis sessions each week — 22 to 30 hours depending on stroke and distance specificity. Two Myrtha pools designed with USA Swimming, a 10-lane 50-meter racing course, underwater stroke video and power analysis, lactate testing and dryland training with SPIRE Performance.

SPIRE Academy provides in-person, inquiry- and mastery-based learning. Students focus on group projects, presentations and other ways to demonstrate mastery of the curriculum. Teachers guide learning through engaging, hands-on activities, creative and critical thinking, and classroom dialogue.
