Jumps campers train explosive power and takeoff mechanics with video analysis and runway-specific drills. Sprinters work acceleration, block starts, max velocity and race execution. Throwers refine shot put, discus, hammer and javelin with individualized coaching and video feedback — all supported by SPIRE's performance technology.
A SPIRE Academy Athletic Trainer is on site during training hours and our Academy Nurse is on call for all health-related needs. We're located less than 10 minutes from the nearest emergency hospital.
